Assuming it's Lawrence College or University with the ivy covered building in the background but hard to narrow it down from there as there are a LOT of Lawrence Colleges and Universities over the last 125 years or so. Lower left corner is missing but image is strong and clear. Pinhole in the top the was colored in to try and hide it.
