While there is no date printed on the pennant, the design is consistent with the 1960's, and most Mr. Met pennants from 1964 -1969 include Shea Stadium (which wasn't built yet in 1963). While his official bio lists his birthdate as 4/11/62 (date of the 1st Mets game, Mr. Met did not start appearing on team merchandise and advertising until the 1963 season. This pennant has pin holes on the back border, multiple creases, and a very wrinkled but still intact tip. Serious fading.
