Dan Hartman was a member of the Edgar Winter Group, for who he wrote  and sang "Free Ride" He also wrote "Living in America" for James Brown. This the 1984 solo released 45 "We Are The Young"/"I'm Not a Rolling Stone" in the original sleeve. The sleeve is signed in black  by Dan Hartmann, and is inscribed "To Herb"
