Based on the uniforms and shoes, we believe this was the track and field team for Mercersburg Academy, a college prep boarding school in southern Pennsylvania founded in 1893 and is still in operation. With mount, measures 12 3/8" x 9 7/8". Upper right corner of mount is detached but present.
