Straight from the factory this is a unique collectible! Label from The Exhibit Supply Co. States 1000 Color of Hair cards Some wear to the corners of the brown paper packaging. These were fortune telling cards, and were released in a machine dating from 1929 -1933. These were issued in a special machine by the Exhibit Supply Co. The machine had "Knowledge is Power. Learn here the true character of the one you love by the color of their hair." on it and there were 48 cards in a set so ostensibly you would have many sets in this pack of 1000. It appears they were about half the size of a traditional exhibt card as there would be no other way to fit 1000 in the package.
