As it is a scrap it will not receive a numeric grade. all four edges are cut wobbly and card is slightly oversized with some horizontal creasing in the top third of the card. The red ink situation is interesting. It is missing in the vast majority of the card. You can see the areas like his skin tone, hair color, and even spots of the background that are all wrong due to its absence. However there is a "rash" of red on his cheek and neck, so there was likely something that needed adjusting or fixing on the press resulting in this card being pulled from production but managing to survive as a hand cut scrap.
