No year given. Inside there is a quote from Coretta King referring to Martin Luther King Jr in the past tense, and John Lindsay is referred to as Mator of NYC, so possible date range is 1968-1973. Proceeds benefitted SCLC and the Mayor's Youth & Physical Fitness Fund.
