There are certain 70's Hall of Famers where the hobby is well aware of the difficulty in finding GEM MINT issue - such as the infamous centering issues of Ozzie Smith. This is one of those cards. As of 7/4/23, PSA and SGC have combined to grade over 13,000 Eddie Murray rookie cards. Of those 13,000, the two companies together have only given out the coveted 10 grade 20 times (18 by PSA, 2 by SGC). Card is magnificently centered with, of course, flawless corners, edges and surface. What really grabs the eye though is the print quality. Astonishingly free from print snow, ink smears or fish-eyes which are so common in this set. Clean doesn't even begin to describe how outstanding the printing is on this card.
