Ultra rare card was only in early print runs before it got pulled. Unlike the famous Wacky Packages cease and desist stickers, there was no replacement issued. So people who didn't get #25 early couldn't complete their set. Art by Tom Sutton. The main issue with this example condition wise is three light creases- 1 in the lower right corner and 2 in the upper left from the edge to the die cut - the uppermost one may be difficult to see in the scan. Card is off center left/right and has some wear along the top edge. Unusually good eye appeal for a card that has such a low technical grade.
