As happens with many of these, an extra fold bisects the card through the center panel. What doesn't happen all that often is this added fold gets used so many times that it starts to disintegrate. Almost hard to believe that it got a number grade as only about the bottom 1/4 of the card is still attached on this new fold. There are also creases down through each player's face on the side panels, but nowhere near as heavy. Should be about as big a bargain Walter Johnson card as you will find in a holder with a number grade!
