Each sticker panel consists of 20 stickers. While none of these panels have exactly the same stickers, there are stickers that appear on multiple panels, so there are 240 stickers with some duplication. The "licenses" are heavy card stock and were inserted in packs for reinforcement. We could find no definitive checklist for the set, so we will not make any representation on how close (or far) this is to/from completion.
