Spanish language issue. Box top is missing. Seals have given way due to age on many packs, so we can't call it an unopened box or even box with unopened packs. We did not get an exact count of the packs, because we didn't want to risk accidentally unsealing any packs that are still sealed, though the box appears to be about 90% full
