Greek language issue, we got the manufacturer name and set name from Google translate. A prior owner opened one pack to see what they have , and we can see they are indeed stickers of road signs. According to Google translate, there were prizes to be won for filling albums, no rules or details available (presumably, they were explained in the albums). No publishing date available.
