Lot Description  

We think PSA blew this one. It seems like some of their graders aren't familiar with the actual policy for fuzzy cut cards. This card is lightly fuzzy cut left and right it is NOT wear. Other than that it's minor to light corner wear with decent centering. Looks more like a card in the 6 - 7 range.
