The 1990 11x14 Bowman Lithographs were a set of 11 lithographs, each hand numbered to 500. 250 of the complete sets were offered as prizes in the 1990 Bowman Sweepstakes. The remaining 250 examples of each lithograph were given to dealers as samples to help generate interest and promote sales of 1990 Bowman cards. The hobby sample lithos were numbered 250 and lower, and had "hobby sample" written in pencil on the same line as the numbering and the artists autograph, all also in pencil, so we're sure this one is from a winner set
