As is the case with the overwhelming majority of these there is a small tear at the top to the right of center. This was the result of opening the pack for the piece of gum as the "tatoo" is actually on the back of the wrapper. In the rare instances you find these without the tear they were likely never issued for sale with gum inside. Likely to only grade a PSA 1, with an additional tear at the bottom and some creasing on the right, but a tough issue and a good clean image.
