Very light stitch holes around the perimeter a small nick in the lower left of the photo, the A in BANCROFT has some wear and the pennant is lightly soiled. That souds like a lot of negatives for a piece that presents very nicely with no major damage like missing chunks or tears.

Long-time friend of the company Carl Frysinger recently passed and made arrangements to consign his collection. With a collection that stretched from 1887 - 2022 and was as close to comprehensive as we've ever seen, he was one of the foremost Phillies collectors in the hobby. In his memory The Collector Connection will be donating 1% of our portion of the proceeds of the sale of his items to the Central PA Foodbank in Carl’s name.

We are finishing up Carl's amazing lifetime collection in this auction and would like to thank everyone who supported the efforts, especially those who made an extra donation on top of our efforts. We will be sending a little over $1000 to the foodbank in Carl's name.
