Card #10 of a super tough Topps metamorphic card set from the late 60s-early 70s. The cards had a rubber band inside, so that when you pulled the tab, another image would pop out of the top of the card. The rubber band in this one has long since broken, but you can still manually pull the image out to see how it looks. It's not difficult to imagine that most of these got thrown away once the rubber band broke. There's a pin on the back, suggesting these were meant to be worn. It may be a long time before you see another one of these offered anywhere.
