Very loose seals. The folds are still tight, so we believe the seals loosened with age rather than due to tampering. Regardless, it will not be slabbed if submitted for grading. Also interesting to note - despite the good folds, we thought at first that it was tampered with because there is no gum included. However, the folks at The Wacky Packages Webpages let us know that 7th series packs with the code 0-455-85-01-4 were issued without gum, This pack has that code on the inside of the top flap. Unfortunately, there isn't a good way to show you in scans without further degrading the pack.
