Has all 40 packs or "sets." There were an additional 4 cards to be had when purchasing the actual player for a total of 164 cards. Only 160 of those came in packs and this is every pack.
The missing cards are the Checklist, Hank Aaron, Don Mattingly and Orel Hershiser which came as "Set 41" in the box with the player.
