Light wear and soiling and the wraps, while intact and untampered, have a few flaws.Great chance to pull the Ray Borque HOF rookie card.

Guaranteed to grade with PSA. If you opt to grade them and any fail you would be compensated for the grading fees on the failures plus the purchase price divided on a per-pack basis. So if you spent $200 and 3 packs failed the compensation would be the grading fees for the failed packs plus $20 per pack for 3 packs.
