Box has seen better days. These boxes came shrink wrapped with a cardboard insert that covered the packs but was not attached. The insert is missing. The box has moisture damage, but the packs inside seem unaffected. Packs all have a "Lionel" 99ยข sticker on them. These packs are the style that contains 3 rack packs so they tended to protect the cards better than a normal rack.
