Actually double certed by GAI and PSA/DNA. beuatiful silver embossed envelope with a small black and white photo celebrating Wagner. Postmarked June 12, 1939 in Cooperstown, NY with 3¢ Baseball Centennial stamp. Of course the most important part is the large strong J. Honus Wagner autograph in blue fountain pen. a tiny bit of smudging on the J and a tiny bit of fading on the 2nd half of "Honus" but overall a strong autographplcaed beautifully in conjunction with the design of his bio and image in the silver embossing. Envelope is cancelled but never mailed with no address. First Day of Issue postal stamp on reverse. minor toning and aging of the envelope gum resulting in light brown stains. Interesting to note that most other examples of Baseball Centennial First Day Covers we have found are signed Simply "Honus Wagner" This is one fo the few examples we can find where he has used the "J"
