Measures 12x10. Photograph is by OJ Doring, but there is no other information about his business on the mount, and we could find no information about him. Based on where the consignor obtained it, we believe "Yellow House" refers to the unincorporated community of the same name in Berks County, PA. Besides uniforms, 4 players are seen to be holding fielding gloves. We assume the gentleman seated in front carried equipment, since: a) cabinet photography preceded integration by several decades b) team name is not on his shirt and c) he's wearing boots instead of baseball spikes, like everyone else in the picture. Photo mount shows corner and edge wear, as well as staining. Photo has a penmark just over the second player from the left, and has heavy foxing.
