Issue was for sale the day they played that year, a game which Yale won 10-0. For perspective, Harvard had allowed only 16 points all season coming into that game. Yale, however, was a juggernaut that season, in the midst of a remarkable 37 game win streak and an unbeaten, unscored upon season. Led by the Legendary Walter Camp (not pictured), Yale outscored oppnents that year by a combined score of 488-0. Notable Harvard players were the man who would become Pop Warner's college coach -Walter Newelll CFHOF, and All American Everett Lake- who would become the 67th governor of Connecticut. Notable Yale players include:
Frank Hinkey CFHOF- one of only 3 players to ever be a four time consensus All-American
Pudge Hefflefinger CFHOF
Feorge Sanford CFHOF -though his selection is more due to his coaching career than his playing days
Lee "Bum" McClung 22nd treasurer of the United States
