Light corner and edge wear account for the card grade. The autograph grade is accurate but as is typical ona multi signed piece not the whole story. The Hallday autograph is very strong and would likely grade a 9 or 10 by itself, but the Evans pen was streaky resulting in gaps in the signature. Witt seems solid, but Halladay's is easily the best signature of the three.
