LC Ruch assumed presidency of the Phillies in December of 1930, and retired following the 1932 season, so the 1931 and 1932 seasons are the only seasons that would have his name on the ticket. Unfortunately, there is no way to pin down which of those seasons this stub came from, never mind determine the specific game. Note that neither PSA nir Beckett will slab undated tickets. Long-time friend of the company Carl Frysinger recently passed and made arrangements to consign his collection. With a collection that stretched from 1887 - 2022 and was as close to comprehensive as we've ever seen, he was one of the foremost Phillies collectors in the hobby.
