Lot Description  

Appearance isn't terrible with heavy corner wear and "DAVIS" written lightly in pencil on the front along with light soiling. The back has in pencil

Plus something is going on in the last letter of his last name. Possible paper loss, but even under magnification it looks like it also might be a production problem of some sort.
