Based on research and talking with some knowledgeable people in the field. Our thought is that G45s are probably cut from an advertising piece for the more well-known and common N76 Great Americans. They all appear to be hand cut, they have blank backs and the fronts are identical except for the missing ad at the bottom. Regardless they are tough cards. PSA and SGC do not grade them. We have heard that CGC does but did not have time to give that a shot.
The Franklin would likely grade AUTHENTIC due to wobbly cuts. It has a FAIR appearance with the major issue being heavy surface chipping at the bottom
