Corner wrinkle in the lower right and some spots of a clear residue on the front. The back is WEIRD. Somehow that back of a Buck Herzog (Red Sweet Caporal) was adhered over the Cicotte back but they weren't glued back to back with the damage at separation or the print of the Herzog would be reversed. Yet the Herzog back is super thin, not even remotely a full card glued to the back of the Cicotte. If you could perfectly skin a back and then attach it to another card then start peeling it away that is what this looks like. There are a few other cards from this consignor with the same issue. it's hard to imagine a way for this to happen accidentally, but equally hard to come up with a reason to do it on purpose! We can't guarantee cards with this issue will receive a numerical grade.
