Definitely comes up short of what we think of as a PSA 7 today. The minor corner wear, heaviest to the lower right viewed horizontally, is appropriate for the grade, however when you add in the centering which is moderately off left to right and the print/roller marks on the bottom border it just doesn't match up to a current 7.
