Conditions range from POOR to VG, but this may be the nicest low grade lot (if that makes sense)you'll ever see. Many are low grade due only to centering issues, including miscuts. Others have some of the sneakiest creases - it isn't hard to imagine someone buying them in person in a spot with bad lighting and thinking they got an EX/MT card until they got it home.
