Interesting miscut which shows the card must've been in the upper left corner of the sheet because instead of the miscut showing the cards that appaer to the left and top you get blank paper on both sides, the right side is likely trimmed as it is angle cut widest at the hinge and tapered in either directionwith some staining in the back and light hinge wear
