This is one of those weird hills that the grading companies seem determined to die on. It is known that the cards were actually issued over two years and the Walters card is proof. There are two versions one says he won 14 games last year with the Phillies. Since he did that in 1937 that would be the 1938 version, that was ostensibly released after he was traded to the reds during the 1938 season. This is the "He won 15 games last year" version which was his combined win total between the Phillies and Reds in 1938.

Anyway, card has moderate cormer wear and an incredibly light crease down from the top edge about 3/4" long and much more visible on the back than on the front where it is VERY hard to spot.
