Lot Description  

Wacky Packages collectors are of course familiar with how difficult it is to find stickers from the 16th series, which had a much lower print run than earlier series. Unopened packs are even harder. As of 4/15/25, PSA has graded only 10 packs, and just 2 have graded higher than 7.
