To those who collect Michael Schecter sets, the FBI discs are grail items. These incredibly tough discs were a Canadian issue. They were issued on the bottoms of cases of small drinks (similar to Hugs) and are rarely found unstained. This one is stained, and cuts are inside the border in places, so it will not receive a number grade if submitted
