Lot Description  

Published by DG Burnite & co of Harrisburg PA. The combination of initials and a common last name make it difficult to positively identify the soldier and learn his unit, the Harrisburg address of the publisher leads us to believe it is Major James C Robinson of the 16th Pennsylvania Cavalry - organized in Harrisburg September of 1862. We found no other details of his service record
