Certainly in the running to be considered a Ty Cobb Rookie he is third from the left in the middle row. Nice thing is most of his cards from this era carry the same three year date range of 1907-1909 but this one is postmarked Nov 11, 1907 so we know for sure that it's a 1907 card. The postcard is filled out in a flowing hand in fountain pen. It does make one wonder how on earth the Post Office managed to deliver things back in the day. The address is merely a name, a company and "New York".
The fron has diagonal lines of discoloration in the top corners viewed horizontally likely from picture corners or slit album pages etc. There are several light to moderate creases and some heavier staining on the back to the upper right corner. All in all it clearly deserves the grade, however it remains an attractive early Cobb card.
An interesting note there appears to be two variations of this card. One, like this one, with the words "DETROIT CLUB" in letters that are a white outline and the interior of the letter allows the background of the card to show through. This appears to be rarer than the version where the words are in solid white.
